I know that I have tennis elbow again. I am concerned though, because there is a lot of pain right on the bone in the elbow. Is this something I should be worried about?

Pain from tennis elbow often does feel like it is right on the bone, rather than in the muscle attachment.
You should only be worried about it if you have knocked your elbow (suspect a fracture?), if it is bruised or if you have any neural symptoms such as tingling or numbness.
