    Smile Tennis Elbow

This is my second posting about tennis elbow. I originally hurt it in January. After 3 1/2 months of constant pain, my doctor decided that it was time for a cortizone shot. The day that I got the shot, he put me back into the wrist splint and I wore that for 2 weeks. That was a month ago. To this day the pain in my elbow is gone (knock on wood). I am very careful now with how I lift things, the way I open doors and the way I carry things.

Just thought that I would share that with people.

Sounds encouraging but I have always wondered if an injection that takes away the pain means you can't tell when you are causing damage ?
If it is the safe answer then maybe it is a solution for me !
