Default best supplements for lactic acid/anti inflamitory?

Hi all It's dale again and was wondering if any of you have had any success with any supplement to get lactic acid build up out of the body?

I have chronic muscle pain now in a lot of my muscles and a lot of knots in them as well. I am seeing a acupuncturist and deep tissue massage therapists to get the muscles back to normal function.

But I would like to know if there is anything I can do to wash out all the lactic acid build up or if there is an anti inflammatory i can take as the muscles don't respond to stretching.

    thanks for any help.

I could be totally wrong about this but do you think creatine might help a little?

Doesent it help flush out your muscles?

Beta alanine and histidine will increase carnosine levels in muscle tissue. Carnosine works as a buffer in the muscle cell.

I take beta alanine plus by higher power because it includes histidine. Giant Nutrtion ProCarnosine and bulk Citrulline Malate (Supplement Direct) works too
