    Default Fpl

So I ruptured my FPL in the right thumb and had surgery over 2 weeks ago. And the recovery is going well. However I was wondering if there was ways to do resistance training (upper body) without putting a great force on the hand/grip as the Doctor said that was a no go.

Lower body is fine using machines like the hack squat etc but I'm starting to notice that I'm losing a lot of what I'd gained from training before surgery in the upper body.

    Thanks
    Trent

What about using resistance bands? you can wrap these around the hand rather than have to grip

Thats what I was thinking. Is there any good sites out there with examples of exercises that one can do?

    Thanks heaps Heidi. Much appreciated.
