Hit head hard on metal bench at basketball game

Hello,

I played in a basketball game earlier today and early on in the game I was chasing a ball out of bounds when another player from the other team turned me around and I fell backwards and hit the back top left part of my head on a metal seating bench very hard. When it happened I saw a flash really quick then continued playing with no problems. The area where I got hit did hurt throughout the game but it didn't really bother me. After the game the spot that got hit started swelling. Nothing crazy but nonetheless swelled. Nothing else has bothered me other than a very mild headache and slightly blurry vision. My vision is already messed up in one eye so it's not a big difference. Was just seeing if anybody thought I should worry. I've heard some horror stories about head injuries (like don't go to sleep after a concussion). But i dont know if I have one. I mean I did hit my head hard but I actually continued play and efficiently. Thanks for any advice.

You should be careful after a head injury as even something minor can end in severe concussion or worse.
Blurry vision generally isn't a good sign and I would recommend you visit your Doctor, just to get checked over.
