    Default My damn Adductor

    My damn Adductor
I got a stupid injury 8 months ago when I decided to climb the stairs to the 6th floor. I have done that with a sprint by stretching legs and jump two steps in one time.
2nd day I got pain in my Adductor, in the very end of my legs (just next to my balls)
I have tired soooooooooo many things. I have take rest more than 1 month. and then I thought I am fine so I get back to Squash and Football again but I found out it is still hurting!!
I have gone to many doctors and some say take rest and some give me Anti Inflammation but all doesn’t work. X-Ray show nothing and even MRI.
The symptoms I have now. That even on my rest day off of any sports I feel like this Adductor muscle is really tired and fatigue. 2nd symptoms when I try to raise my legs like when I am trying to change my pants I hear clicking or this sound in that muscle.

Now days I just started to take again Anti Inflammation. And someone advice me to take supplements for joints like Animal Flex cause it has some joint lubrication that might help.

I am really sick for some expert advices.

    Thanks.

    Hi
So you have an an MRI scan and this came up clear?
A common cause of longstanding groin pain as you describe is gilmore's groin:

This would usually show up on an MRI though.
What other treatments have you tried?
    Sports massage? Strengthening/rehab? Cortisone injection?
