I was running yesterday and started to feel what I thought was my hamstring tightening up.
When I finished exercising I realised that i could stretch my hamstring, groin etc without any pain or problems.
It is a sharp pain that i get when i make a sudden movement or if i relax my leg and move it from side to side from the top of leg(hip area).
The pain yesterday was coming from just below my buttock on the inside of my leg towards the back of leg next to my hamstring and back of groin(if that makes sense). Today its the same but also seems to be sharp around the top of my leg when i make certain movements.
Walking does not give me any pain nor does movement in the bottom half of my leg.
For note when putting pressure on these areas I cant really feel anything its only when i make side to side movements from the top of my leg.
Do you think I could have jarred it somehow or is it a nerve or knock maybe??
Any help would be appreciated.
