    Default Pulled hamstring?

I was diagnosed with some kind of hamstring injury after I got a spasm in the hamstrings of my right leg 4 weeks ago. Since then I cannot walk more than a few 100 yards without severe pain and discomfort. It feels like i kind of have to drag my right leg around.

My question is - should a hamstring injury have cleared up after 4 weeks or at least be getting better? Or are there any other kinds of injuries that could lead to these symptoms?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    James

    James,
I would see you Dr. and start physical therapy. Hamstring injury's can take a long time to recover. I injured mine back in Aug of last year and it is still not 100%.

    James,
I would also suggest that you look at appropriate levels of nutritional supplements. If you are an elite athlete or consistent fitness buff, The Essentials or the Healthpak through Usana are the No. 1 choice product around the world.
Amazing results in preventative measures and in aiding muscle recovery especially after a workout. These products are sanctioned and used by both the US and Canadian Olympic teams. You can search me through my website and contact via email to ask any questions.

    All the best,
