    Hi

I'm sorry but I don't know what you mean by staved your finger?
Can you explain what happened and what your symptoms are

    Thanks

    Hi
Ligament damage is definately possible. If there is still swelling after over a week then this would suggeat quite a lot of ligament damage. You should get it assessed by a professional if it is still playing up. An x-ray might also be a good idea to rule out any fractures.

My fingers are still really sore is the anyway to tell if there broken or just staved(without a xray) . I can bend them but there is pain in them .

No, not for definate. The only way of knowing for definate is by having an x-ray. Is this not possible?
