Question BodyCombat - feet and ankles

I've recently taken up BodyCombat, doing 2 classes per week for the last 3 weeks. Have previously done no high impact exercise for a few years although I am pretty fit through swimming and other low impact activities. I am experiencing pain on the inside of my ankles down to my heels on both feet when they make contact with the floor - especially when 'shuffling' and running on the spot. Also got some pain at the front of my ankles. Just got back from a class I really struggled through after giving it a rest for a week to see if it would go away. Currently a bit strapped for cash and can't afford to see a physio - does anyone have any ideas what I have done and how I can fix myself? Thanks in advance. Izzy.
