Default Burning pain under foot near arch

I have a burning pain on the sole of my foot near my arch. I first noticed it weeks ago and it came for a few minutes and then went away, some times it never occurred in a day. Yesterday I started to feel it almost all day long and it got worse when I walked on it or even did calf stretches. I recently had posterior tibial tendinitis and an ankle sprain from soccer. I haven't played for a while and the pain first started after I was already out of soccer for a couple of weeks. I however at that time started to bike.

The only reason I can think of why the pain has been worse this week is because I went for two 30 mile rides this weekend on my bicycle, I clip in my bike with a stiff soled shoe but do not have any inserts in them. I was given orthodics as well but don't wear them in my bike shoes.

    Hi
There are a number of things it could be. Possibly Plantar fasciitis or tarsal tunnel syndrome.
But given your recent injuries my first suggestion would of course be rest but to also work on stretching the calf muscles. Tight calf muscles are a massive cause of foot and ankle injuries and they often tighten up after an injury such as a ankle sprain.
