Any ideas
Doing some running training for Marathon, I basically have high arches and after an 18 mile run during the evening my big toe was curled up very similar to clawfoot. My calfs dont feel that tight.
I left it a week and started out for anothe, this time only managing 4 miles, again the toes were tensed up.
Any recommended treatments, I was going to see a podiatist, however health care cover would not cover this, however osteopath could be covered.
