    Default foot pain all over

I'm an Irish dancer that was just getting over an injury to the side of my right foot. Now I have pain all over my right foot and not in the spot of the injury. I was practicing yesterday, and it was after I had finished and was going home that the side of the front of my ankle started to ache. It started to feel kind of stiff, so I tried stretching it out, to no avail. The side of my knee also hurt but stopped hurting. The pain was also radiating over to my other ankle, as well as through my mid foot. I have also had pain through the night in my heel and achilles tendon, which has disappeared and the side of my hip which also disappeared. Right now my foot only hurts on the front side of my ankle and in my mid foot. This seems so bizarre to me. Why does my foot hurt all over, and why did it suddenly start hurting? My entire foot seems very stiff, and I've stretched it out all over, but it hasn't done any good. I'm kind of upset since I had just gotten over an injury. I don't want to go through this again. Is it possible that I just over worked weak muscles, and that they are all aggravated?

Oh, and I also pronate inward if that makes a difference. I have also not noticed any swelling, but if I press around my inside ankle there are two spot to the side of it that really hurt.

If you pronate you need to make sure you have adequate support in whatever footwear you use for dancing. Often these kind of shoes have no support. You also need to make sure your calf muscles are really flaxible as this is a massive cause of foot and lower leg pain.
