    Hi
Not sure I understand what movement it is that is causing you pain. COuld you explain it another way, or describe a activity or something that hurts.
Does it hurt to touch at all

Did it happen after an injury or event where you twisted your ankle etc?
I can't tell from the picture, is the pain to the inside or outside of the achilles tendon?
It could be the achilles itself or it could be the peroneal tendon (outside) or tibialis posterior (inside)

    Good afternoon,

I was having a look at the photos and information provided. I have a few questions to ask about your injury....

1st, Was this something that you picked up whilst playing in a game of football or was it something that has acquired after a game?

2nd, How long has it been affecting you?

3rd, When was the first signs of any problem apparent to you?

4th, is there swelling or any other problems bought on by this injury?

I would suggest going to see a doctor at least as they will have a good idea from looking at it if there is some underlying soft tissue damage etc and would be able to help point you in the right direction.
