    Default Mid-outside foot pain

    Hello,

I've been recently experiencing a a sharp pain in the mid-outside part of my feet while either snowboarding or skating. To add to that, a numbness in my toes that I never used to feel while doing these sports. I don't experience any of these types of pains while walking or any other day-to-day activities.

It was mentioned (after speaking with a physiotherapist) that it may be due to my flat-food/fallen arches. Any suggestions ?

Yes it may well be due to fallen arches. To establish this you need to see a physio or podiatrist and if necessary get some insoles. They would also be able to recommend other suitable treatments/exercises
