    Default Pain in right foot

    Hello,
Back in February, I had started receiving a sharp pain in my right foot. I have NEVER had any pain like this before. The pain started when I had to drive 2000 miles for a road trip. Since then, my right foot can't handle too much driving or running. My right foot also hurts if I go running. It gets very sore and starts to hurt if I do over 15 miles of driving. The pain is in the "Lympthatics" and my toes. This link said that the area near my toes is the "lympathatics".

Anyways, If I aggravate my foot too much the pain spreads to my whole foot and my leg.

On Monday, 10-10-11, I started running again. I ran 6 miles and my right foot was a little sore, but not badly. The next morning when I woke up, there seemed to be pain in the upper, back part of my left leg, near the M Plantaris as shown on this link

I went running again yesterday, and now I'm having pain in my left foot similar to my right. Sorry for the huge amount of information. And I can't go to the doctor, don't have medical insurance. Feel free to ask me any questions please help me.
    Thank you

Start off with doing lots and lots of calf stretching. The calf muscles are one of the biggest causes of lower leg and foot pain.
Stretch at least 3 times a day, holding each stretch for 30 seconds and repeating twice. Make sure you stretch the gastrocmenius and soleus muscles.
