    Angry really bad heel pain

im an active 28 yr old who trains about 5 times a week, 6 months ago i began to develop a very sore sharp heel pain.
The pain starts every morning when i wake up were i find it hard to walk when i 1st step outta bed. it takes about 20 mins til the pain goes and i can walk properly again. i dont walk very much has i work in an office and i bike it alot instead of walking. but every morning it keeps coming back

its starting to become very annoying and i just want to know how to solve the problem.

can anybody give me some advice please ?

Sounds like a classic case of plantar fasciitis: http://www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/cybertherapist/front/foot/plantarfaciitis.htm

Calf stretching and massage tp the calf and foot help. Make sure you ahve good support in your shoes and trainers. Rest from running or any other weight bearing activities until pain clears.
