    Default Unusual foot pain

    hi all,
Looking for advice for ongoing foot pain.
it has been going on for weeks and is not a result of direct injury.
immediately below my second, third and fourth toes (of my left foot only) is very painful when pressure e.g. walking is applied (the pain feels as if the base of my toes are broken and the pad of my foot is bruised).
I do not know why this pain started, but i would like advice on who to go to, or what people think could have happened???

    thanks :-)

Can you think of anything that you did or anything you changed that may have triggered it. E.g. lots of walking or being on your feet more than usual; a change in shoes; Have you noticed tightness in your calf muscles?
Foot pain like this rarely comes on with no initial cause.
Try wearing really supportive shoes only and stretching your calf muscles several times a day. Tight calf muscles affect the way the foot functions.
