    Default Causes of stess fracture.

I know this is gonna sound a bit stupid. But what is the fastest way to develop a stress fracture of the tibia. I already have flat foot.

Stress fractures in the Tibia are usually a result of repetitive impact for example running or marching. The risk is made worse if you have biomechanical problems, such as overpronation or oversupination (oversupination or having a high arch is more common) or if you wear shoes which are not shock absorbing and run on hard concrete all the time.
