Firstly...great work on the youtube videos, I registered as soon as I watched Neal's work and advice....though I need a wee bit more advice.
Ive recently developed a calf strain at the bottom of the large part of the muscle (slightly to the outside of the leg) and stopped football for two weeks with no loading (apart from walking) until I was walking pain free.
I was back at training last night and was able to jog and sprint no problems...then during some two-touch football I made a stand-up tackle and *pop* the muscle went again and that was me.....any advice??
Ive began R.I.C.E. again since then but I'm obviously concerned about the recurrence factor....plus a fairly disgruntled gaffer that needs me back playing soon :S
