I'm a personal trainer, and also run regularly - 3 - 4 miles every other day, I have noticed over the last couple of days that I have the urge to walk on my tip toes (right side) and if I try to flex my right foot (towards me) it is much weaker than the right, I have no pain but regularly suffer from muscle soreness in my legs (including glutes). A bit of a strange one I know!! Does anyone have any ideas?
