Hi Folks
A Bit of History
I have been getting fit over the last couple of months, at a local gym. I also do ballroom and Latin dancing (for last 30months) once a week for 1 1/2 hrs.
Being over weight I started to walk on a tread mill, then cycle on an exercise bike followed by a couple of exercises on a few of the machines, finishing off with the rowing machine. Aerobic exercise being 10 mins on tread mill, bike and rower. Then 200m swim.
Having lost a bit of weight (half a stone) I have started to run on the tread mill - 6.5 mph.
I have for the last couple of weeks been experiencing a pain above the outside of my right ankle, front quarter, when generally walking and when dancing up on my toes.
I also appear to be running more on the outside of my feet.
Any ideas as to the problem please.
Cheers
Wooty
