Im in Spain and 3 weeks ago fell down marble stairs (sober) and bruised most everywhere but my L ankle took a beating. Didn't swell but lots of bruising and tender to touch on top of foot and above ankle knobly bit.
3 weeks on saw a Spainish doctor (gorgeous) as very painful to touch the area on front of leg still. Still bruised and new bruises appearing and there feels like a lump on the bone. In v bad English thinks I have ruptured the capsule surrounding my anke?? Like a hernia... Mobility of foot is fine just painful to touch.

Can someone better explain what I have possible done....
