    Default sore shins after soccer

The other day I took a bunch of hard shots with a soccer ball for practice, and I hadn't in a while. Although my shins didn't hurt while shooting, they were very sore the next day and have stayed that way for about 4 days. I feel the soreness whenever I stretch or contract ny shin muscle. I remind you that on a soccer strike, you have the ankle plantar-flexed through contact. What exactly is wrong and what should I do?
