    Default Sprained Ankle Rehab

My ankle was sprained, but it still hurts in the morning, and I don't have the same strength I had just a month ago. Also, unless I wear a brace when playing sports, it hurts badly..

What can I do? Im constantly training so I'd rather not take two weeks off.

Sometimes you have to take time off. If something hurts it is because you are doing damage to your body. Not listening at this stage means further problems down the line.
My advice is to take a couple of weeks rest and really focus on stretching the calf muscles, improving balance and strength at the ankle.

Would shooting a basketball be okay? That just a bit of jumping an hour a day. I just need to keep my shot accuracy..

That should be ok, provided it is pain free.
