    Default Unknown Lower leg pain

Hi, i have a rather odd injury, my lower leg just above my ankle and on the outside, hurts to touch and press down on quite badly (pin point pain) now i have had it xrayed twice with 3 months inbetween xrays and tere is definitly no sign of a stress fracture (as there would be calcification of bone showing up on recent xray), its doesnt hurt when i run on it but does throb after an intense training week. It also hurts for first 5 seconds of tensing my lower leg.
If i take an anti inflamitary the pain will be gone the next day but will once again hurt alot to touch and press down on but wont hurt when i jump or run but can just feel its there!....

If someone can explain what type or injury i have i would be very gratefull !!

Thats what i thought but aparently (and please correct me if im wrong) with tendonitis you can feel pain lets say at the start of a running session, then the pain goes away when the tendon warms/lousens up during the middle of the session, then hurts again at the end.... it doesnt hurt to use my foot at all, i just end up getting a throbbing aching pain at the end and its extremly sor to touch at constantly through the day (even after its warmed up/loosened up) :S
