I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has had a acl recontruction, that could tell me how their recovery to it went. Up untell now I feel the recovert has been going ok, but for the last few days I have had a lot of tight pricking sendations and numbness at the front of the leg just under the long wound. I'm guessing this is all part of the healing process, but last night it was really painfull and the this morning the knee is stiff and a bit more painful, coz I couldn't get comfortable in bed. Just want to know if anyone else has experienced this before?
