    Default ACL injury!

I have had the reconstructive surgery on my right knee about 9 years ago, then about 5 years ago the cartilage trimmed up in the same knee, I am now experiencing a lot of stiffness in my knee and slight swelling and struggling to straighten my leg fully, I work 12 hour days which can mean I am on my feet a lot.

    Hi
Has anything changed recently with your daily actvities? Or have you twisted or knocked the knee at all?
Try to gently increase the range of motion in the knee through mobility exercises and stretches as long as these aren't painful.
Try to reduce and limit swelling by icing after long periods on your feet and wearing a compression support.

Well I have recently rejoined the gym, and have been doing lots of cardio (non impact) and some squats with light weights, this is most prbably the cause, thanks for the help Heidi
