    Default Horrible knee pains

I have had a torn meniscus and plica syndrome. A year ago I had part of the meniscus removed and then half of the plica removed. Almost a month ago when I was messing around on the wii fit and doing other things it started to hurt tremendously. Now, it still hurts to walk for a long time on it and sometimes while sitting I have an aching pain. The main area of the pain is on the inner part of my left knee. If anyone knows of what could be wrong or what could help, I would greatly appreciate it.

The best thing to do would be to return to the professional you saw before and they can tell you if it is the same injury again or something else.
In the meantime, best to rest the knee, maybe wear a support and do some gentle exercises. If you had a rehab programme after the surgery before then maybe start this up again if you can.

Thanks, I will definitely try this. I will be going to my orthopedic doctor sometime in the near future before I have to start up marching band again to make sure no further damage will be done. I will try exercises though that will hopefully help!

Hi, I was just a little curious. Just recently the pain has branched out to around my patella. What could be wrong if it hurts around the left and right side of the patella?
