Hey everyone,

I got hit on my left knee, right below the knee cap it seemed, with a sharp object(long story). At first it would lock up then that stopped, now it only hurts if I do a quick sprint or walk for a while, and I definetly can't run. I got an MRI and my doc said that I didn't tear anything and I just need physical therapy but that didn't help

Any ideas of what might have happened to my knee?
