    Default MCL helping brother move

hey guys I was helping my brother move a few weeks ago and i noticed while helping that my right knee was hurting a little. I gave no heed to it and kept helping, the next few days were fine ( was the weekend so was not working out) but as soon as Monday came around I went for my hour walk. About 20 minutes in I had to turn around from this pain on my right knee, the pain was on the back inside. an hour after the work out it was still sore, every time i would straighten my leg it would hurt. i could go for a bike ride, walk around in my house just fine but as soon as i went out for a walk about 20-30 minutes in it would start up again. Think it would be Medial Ligament Sprain? if so how can i help it get better?

I doubt it is MCL as these are usually injured by a sudden force and you know when you did it.
How far around the back of the knee is it? Is it more back that side?
Could be hamstring tendonitis or popliteus injury.

The area shown is more likely a hamstring tendon.
Hamstring stretching and massage should make a difference.
