my knees seem to be getting achier by the week . i squat heavy every sunday and as usual my knees today ache so much to bend /squat and stay like this till virtually the next squat session . will any kind of supports help my knees and what type .
im not sure if my knees are down to wear and tear, arthritis, muscular imbalance( i have tight hamstrings and glutes)
any advice ,tips would be appreciated
