Default Nearly 6 months since ACL reconstruction - knee query

Hi, i am very nearly at the 6 month stage after ACL reconstruction using the hamstring graft on my right knee. Everything has been going ok, I am running / cycling on alternative days and seem to be doing ok.

However in the last week or so i have started to feel more clicking in my knee, swelling at the top and bottom of the patella and either side of the patella I can feel tendon like bits pulsing out (not sure how to describe it) when i bend my knee back and forth.

Any ideas what this might be and if its anything to cause concern?

    Thanks

    Chris

    Hi
It's good that you haven't mentioned pain, but I would still advise you to go to your physio just to get them top look at it.
Maybe ease up a bit on the running/cycling and go back to lots of stretching exercises until you have spoken to your physio
