    Hi there

Have a read up about popliteus injury. This could be whats causing your pain:

    Hi

It is always worth getting someone to check it for you. I treated one of these not long ago and it took 2 treatments of massage and stretching, plus some home exercises to get it painfree.
Also make sure you look at biomechanics - i.e. foot positioning etc and correct and problems.
Then its just a case of maintenance.
