Hi,
I am new to these boards. I have yet to see a physiotherapist. I just wondered if anyone had some thoughts on what my knee pain could be caused by. I can do all activities, walking, running, weight lifting. The problem is when I go onto my knees and I sit back on my heels, my knees hurt like crazy. I find it impossible to put my weight on my heels. Example if you were to do the yoga move child's pose. Putting my weight on my feet in this position hurts like crazy. Any ideas out there? Thanks.
