really need help with my knee
first of all i'll tell u what with me knee and then what have i done
btw i'm playing basketball
my right knee : pain just in the bottom of kneecap itself when press and move my finger and sometimes a grinding sound or a small pop in the upperside of kneecap when try to straighten my leg if i reapeated extend and bend my knee four times in row it will make a high pop sound and then the grind itself disappear and go back to normal
my left knee : pain in the top of kneecap and less pain in the bottom increase when play basketball so i wear jumpers knee which help relive the pain and also a frequent popping i mean like every 10 mins when i bend my knee it pops without pain
i'm doing leg raises whiel its fully extended trying not to involve patella and rested for a month the pain has been less and i feel my legs better but in the first time i'm training even small training the second day the pain comes back like nothing happened so i've made a MRI to know wat with my legs
the report conclusion is :
Minimal bilateral joint effusion otherwise normal MRI study of both knee joints
can really minimal effusion cause all of that and wat to do to stop that
i can photo the MRI to you if there something u may find

basketball knee pain
Hi therer
It appears that you ahve gone to great lengths to try and get to the bottom of your scenario and I am sure that you have made reference to the url's below for information and tips anyway but i hve listed them again fyi. With your return to your sport and return of sysmtoms it would be time to visit a local sports specialist Physio armed with your MRI scans to get the appropriate treatment and specific self treatment/stretch routine to get you back to some normality.

as mentioned in the meantime follow the advice of the links with self therapy and strecthing.
Good luck
Steve
