Swimming Whip Kick causes Knee Pain
I have never recovered from a knee injury 15 years ago. The distinguishing symptom (not cause until after the initial event) is immediate sprain after one length swimming whip kick.
The pain is on the inside of the knee and the miniscus line is tender to touch.
Yesterday, I reinjured it by reading in bed with my knees bent and apart and soles of my feet touching each other - stretching my groin. There was no problem while doing so. I woke up the next morning with the sprain.
No doctor has been able to diagnose or suggest any help. Will someone here please try?
