    Default undiagnosed pain,help appreciated

Nightmare few years with 3 knee surgeries, last was i microfracture on lat meniscus. Problem im having is pain with cycling or rowing. Cant get a specific diagnosis. Pain experienced is a dull ache that builds and builds the more i cycle, it comes on only after a few min of exe and more or less stops when i stop exe. Its located just above the head of the fibula and deep. The pain somtimes feels as if it runs into ta or peroneals. I have had realeases on itb but no succcess. Help and advice appreciated..

    Hi,

How much help did you get post-surgery, in terms of physio, or similar?

Did you follow a thorough rehab plan? I ask because following surgery (even if it was only an arthroscopy?) muscle inhibitions occur. If this doesn't get sorted you can end up with all kinds of weakness and muscle imbalances.

If this is the case, I would advise starting at the beginning. Visitng a physio/sports therapist for an assessment.

Sorry I can't be more helpful!
