    Cool what do you think

I work hard for a living. A lot of stairs and climbing around. I work on cranes. every once in a while my knee joint will go sideways it feels like a numbing sensation at first then it hurts a while (a few days) then it gets better. Sometimes it feels like theres kinda like a kink in it, and i can grab my foot and extend it while holding my foot as long as i can and it straightens itself out but, rescently it went sideways again and the pain wont go away. Its my right knee and it hurts on the inside and on the back of my leg also. I cant bent my knee all the way or extend it all the way and there is a knot on the inside of it and it's really sore on the inside of my, knee this really sucks. Can anyone tell what might be going on with this crazy knee of mine ,and does it sound serious enough to go to the doctor, or will it straighten itself out. soooo whata u think

    Hi

Has this problem just started happening and gradually got worse? Or did it start after an incident/injury?

The most likely things are either ligament injury or cartilage damage...although these usually occur after a trauma - knock, fall, impact, twisting etc.

Here's some info on medial ligament injuries which are possible:
