Heidi sorry to be back again , anyhow after my recent hamstring strain I managed to get playing a again until a match when I felt a twinge . After that I had two weeks rest but my leg started to feel worse like a constant dull ache , I decided to go for a small run and that made the hamstring sore to touch, after ice and a week it's not to sore and the dull ache has gone.


So my question is do I keep resting or do I try going for a jog, I know football is out of the question.
