    Default Dead leg problems.

    Hello,

Recently I picked up a dead leg, returned home and iced it. But after nearly a month I'm still experiencing problems and am slightly concerned that myositis ossificias has occurred. Most likely it is not, but i'd just like some advice on it.

Today in particular, I was down at gym and was doing some general plyometric activity (very lightly) just to test it. And I felt almost a deep burning. Fortunately, none of the symptoms except pain during activity are included in my leg if it was to be myositis ossicifias. But the symptoms more aline with a grade 2 dead leg.

I have previously picked up a very similar injury but just on a much worse scale. But I need to start my football pre-season soon and it's extremely annoying. Stupidly I played a match just two days after picking up the injury, leading to my concerns.

    Thanks a lot

What kind of similar injury that you picked up lately ?
You need to be more precise in order to get a relevant answer.

Well I just repeatedly get players coming in and 'kneeing' (is that a word?) me on the same spot. This time the pain is persistent, and it just won't go.

Booked a doctors appointment so I'll see what I'm told.
