2 days before my senior year of football i was sprinting down the beach and i pulled my hamstring. I've been icing the hell out of it and going to PT. I've also been wrapping it everyday and practicing at 50%. Its gotten better, i can now run on it and even sprint at about 75%. I've been all over the internet looking at ways to help it get better faster. I have a scrimmage on friday and need to be back early this week to get ready for it. I read that some players had pulled hamstrings and they were able to tape them and play 100% on a pulled hammy. Does anyone know of any form of taping method that oculd be used for the hamstring to get me back into action for monday? Please help...It is not that bad of a pull also there was no bruising and right now the only time it hurts is when i stretch it hard.
