hurt muscle in thigh

Hello I had bilateral hip replacement a year ago I did something to irritate the groin area walked to much or turned quickly now on rt leg it hurts Its just soft tissue Doc says will this resolve Im a bit frightened at this point.Thanks please respond

How long ago were your hip replacements? And the pain is on the groin of the right leg? Did it come on when you were walking or doing another activity or did it come on later?
Do you feel the pain is worse with rest or with activity, or a certain time of day? Have you got (or had) any other injuries or operations etc?
