Inner thigh/Adductor pain and tightness
I've been doing Taekwondo for about 2 years and iv always had this problem when i try to stretch my legs appart or doing wide kicks, they only spread so far before i get a pain in my adductors close to the groin in both legs. I've never injured myself, it doesn't hurt when i walk, run or jump. I can press my inner leg with no pain, there are no tender bits. I do also get back pain occasionaly but not sure if it's related.
The only thing i can think is its something to do with my posture, i don't know if muscle can get trapped but thats exactly what it feels like. Also when i lean forward the pain is realsed a bit and my legs can go a bit wider.
Has anyone ever had this problem or know what might be causing it?
