Default Pain in the lower/inner thigh

I am currently participating in marching band. On Tuesday August 2nd, the leadership had to stay after practice for a movement clinic so that a guy could cone I to teach us the moves that we would be doing in the show. We did stretch before it. Although, I have lately re-injured my left knee and the guy who teaches the moves likes to always use the left knee to go down on and so I put all my weight onto my right leg instead so that it wouldn't cause pain to my left. About two hours into the thing, my thigh was really starting to hurt. When we got a break one time, when I was walking over to get water, my thigh hurt majorly and it felt like my leg was just going to give way. I went on the rest of the time though. On Wednesday, during band it was still hurting and seemed to look a little swollen. Thursday however, it hurt very badly to even bend my knee. I had to hold onto things to even get up or sit down or I felt like I would fall over. It even hurt to walk. Friday morning whenever we were running the two laps I could only run one because it hurts to run. Today it seems to not really hurt when I walk and such, but to push on it causes great pain. I have no idea if I tore a muscle or just pulled it. I have band though until November and so I have no way of resting. Sorry for the long explanation, but I would really like to know what's wrong an what I can do to help it. Thanks.

As with any muscle injury, rest, stretching and sports massage are the most important initial treatments.
Then you need to know what has caused it and correct this. Could just be overuse if you are doing a lot more than usual. Could be something more biomechanical - to do with the way you move and musle imbalances etc.
If it doesn't improve in the next week with some rest and stretching then you should definitely go see someone.
