    Default aggrevated grion strain

My last run was in January when it was still icey and I finished the run with a grion strain. Since then having taken advice the condition has got worse. I now have pain/stiffness in the glutes, adductors, and down the outside of my leg. Sometimes the knee is affected. Sometimes in bed I cannot lie on my back as a constant low level pain seems to be right through the glutes/sacroilliac joint area to the grion and the only peace is to side sleep. Adductors are thight and will not allow full leg movement as is knee to chest movement. Walking is not smooth and most times now there pain in the glutes grion and outside of the leg.

need a solutionbefore my head blows please.

I think you should get this looked at. A professioanl assessment should be able to highlight the possible problem, but if not they may be able to refer you for a scan (MRI/CT/Ultrasound).

IN the meantime, stretch several times a day for the groin, hamstrings, quads and buttock muscles. Rest as much as possible. Maybe get some sports massage to see if this helps.
