I had a bilateral inguinal hernia repair back in 2001. For the past couple of years it has cause me pain occasionly. The pain comes sometimes when i sneeze or get up too fast. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

It could be that the operation was only partially successful. I am no expert it this, but I highly recommend you speak to your Doctor about it.
