Default Hip/Groin/Hamstring Pain, Many test neg results.

    Hello,

I have been "injured" for over a year now where as I am getting immense pain in my left groin which radiates to my hamstring and hip. eventually ending up feeling like crap if I attempt to run I have been for 2 Ultrasounds (one found a adductor tear) the second yielded nothing. An MRI that came back increadibly normal and an Arthrogram that also came back normal. I have also been for a Bone Scan which showed that everything was normal in my hip and pelvic area.

I am at a complete loss and just want to be able to play sports and run again.

    Any idea's?

    Hi
    What treatment have you had?
What areas did the MRI look at?

The MRI and Athrogram both were targeting my left hip. I am starting Active Release Therapy to see if that can relieve the pain.

That's a good place to start.
If no good, consider having your lower back assesed
