Default I have an injury that has been hanging around for a lng time now 6 months

I have an injury that has been hanging around for a lng time now 6 months,,

Ive had a herniagram which shows no hernia yet when kicking for example in a pendulum motion which comes accross the body with my right leg I will aggrevate this injury and it inflames.
Ive done lots of core stability exercies to try and strengthen all the muscles around this area and have taargeted it directly. Ive had physio but it doesnt seem to want to get better.

If I do leg raises while flat on the floor stomach tight and bring the legs down slowly theres like a click noise as thought a ligment/ something is struggling to move then goes past something then is fine...

    Any ideas anyone???

    Hi

    Have a look at this:
    http://www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/cybertherapist/front/frontthigh/gilmores_groin.htm

Symptoms of Gilmores groin are sometimes commonly mistaken for a hernia. See what you think and you may need to drop it into conversation with your physio. Its often overlooked.
