Unhappy Pain in Groin, hips, abdomen and lower back

Through playing football I have had this injury for 6 months now. I have pain in my lower back, right hip, right groin and abdomen. Its very difficult to get inand out of a car or bed. The pain is with me 24/7. I have got used to it but sometimes it gets a bit much and I can hardly walk. Even simple thing like lifting foot off floor creates a grate deal of pain. Can anybody throw any light on this for me and advise on what to do.

    Hi
Have you seen anyone about it? If not then you really should if it's been going on for so long.
The way that it's radiating suggests a nerve entrapment, could be in the lower back or even the buttock.

PaulJsimms: "Yes I have seen a physio and osteopath but neither of them helped me. Yes I do have pain in my buttocks also.

The Osteopath pulled my back out as he though the problem was coming from there and since he did that I have had alot of pain in lower back also.

Not sure which way to go."

Ok, did you have any soft tissue work (such as massage) or any exercises given to you?
From what you have said it could be no end of things, from gilmores groin to piriformis syndrome etc. Could you expand a little more on your symptoms?

Yes I have had massage to groin and lower back. It did help and but then I played for 10 minutes in a game and felt sharp pain at the very top of my left leg and sort of under the buttock. Next 2 days I had very sharp pains with every leg movement.

Can you recall what movement or action caused the injury in the first place?

It did assist and but then I performed for 10 minutes in a game and sensed pointed agony at the very peak of my left leg and sort of under the buttock. Next 2 days I had very pointed pains with every leg movement.
